There is a product recall on the Ryobi Tri Arc® Brush Cutter Blades supplied with Ryobi 36v Cordless Brush Cutters. The blade can detach if the securing nut is insufficiently tightened.
Models affected: RBC3600E (bare tool) & RBC3626C (kit)
Sold at Bunnings stores nationally from September 2013 to 2 April 2015
Defect: The blade can detach if the securing nut is insufficiently tightened.
Hazard: If the blade detaches during use it may seriously injure you or a bystander.
What to do: Stop using the blade attachment.
