Some Cordtech cable reels are being recalled because it’s possible to touch live parts through a hole where the cable exits the socket assembly. This poses risk of electric shock.
Details
The following model numbers are affected:
- SCC0510-4, 5 metre cable reel
- HSC1510-4, 15 metre cable reel
- HBC2010-4, 20 metre cable reel
They were sold at Bunnings, Mitre 10 and Placemakers from 15 May 2014.
What to do
