Following on from their success with the Dual USB Module last year, Legrand has two product ranges in the winners selection list, both designed in Australia.
In the Commercial & Industrial category, the E2 Edgelight LED Exit Sign, designed by the team of Eduardo Yudowski, Dinesh Vijayaraman, Ben Miles, and Paul Barron in Sydney, impressed the judges with its more delicate aesthetic, but surprisingly robust form. Check it out here
It’s worth noting Legrand mould the housing components of the E2 Edgelight at their factory in Sydney and their manufacturing team are up for the challenge of customising colours to suit a special project.
In the Medical & Scientific category, Excel Life Medical, designed by Eduardo Yudowski and Melvinder Singh in Sydney, sits amongst a prestigious array of ingenious medical devices by innovators such as Cochlear. With antimicrobial properties, Excel Life Medical reinvents the conventional wall plate. Check it out here
Both the E2 Edgelight Exit Sign and a selection of Excel Life Medical products will be featured in the Good Design Showcase, part of the Vivid Festival, Martin Place, Sydney, from 30 May to 9 June.
