Defect: May not provide impact resistance due to sporadic temple (arm) breakage issues.
Hazard: Potential eye injury.
What to do: Check eyewear packaging (plastic bag) for the affected Lot number (14192),
which is located on the bottom right corner of the packaging label, below the barcode. If your
product:
- Has Lot number 14192, or
- If the lot number cannot be identified, and product was purchased after 15 August 2014,
Immediately cease use and return to place of purchase for replacement or full refund.
