Defect:
The battery compartment in the lid is not secure and children could access the button batteries.
Hazard:
Swallowing button batteries can result in serious illness and even death. Button batteries also pose a choking hazard to young children.
What to Do: Stop using the cup and dispose of the lid and batteries safely. Return the cup to the point of purchase for a refund.
